#1 - Gong Releases 'Ask Anything'💡
Gong has gradually changed sales coaching for the better, and its most recent product update feels like a big one.
Users can now ask questions through a chat UI about active deals, accounts, and specific calls. This gives reps a fast track to uncover insights and potential action items in their pipeline.
This also means that anyone can uncover details about opportunities without reviewing hours of video, or relying on notes and recaps from sellers.
Chat for revenue insights and reporting is becoming more common (Salesforce, Hubspot etc), and could streamline everything from pipeline reviews to win/ loss analysis, and a lot more.
